Email us a recent Fire Alarm Annual Inspection Report, along with building drawings(ideally with fire alarm device locations marked), and if available the original Fire Alarm system design prints and Verification Inspection report. We will probably need to visit the site and see how everything is installed, but can ballpark the component costs from some basic information including:

Facility Operators and GCs looking for a complete installation should send over engineered electrical prints for the fire alarm system. Our operations are oriented around recurring Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair services, limiting us to projects taking no more than two weeks to complete. On projects exceeding this limit we are happy to partner with your electrical contractor, or sub-contract to our own subject to availability. Note we do not consider ourselves construction contractors, and will ignore invitations to bid public tenders, and any links to services and platforms for construction contractors to do so.
Electrical contractors looking to partner on medium to large scale installation projects should email the fire alarm electrical prints, and include estimated project timelines and their bid due-date. Installation projects will be quoted on the basis of:
Billing practices for installation projects differ from standard terms. Component costs are payable at time of ordering, and payment must be recieved before inventory will be allocated to the project or non-stock items will be ordered. Termination, Programming, Testing, and Troubleshooting are invoiced on NET30 terms as completed. Verification Inspection will not be scheduled unless the account is current, will be invoiced NET30, and the VI report(and monitoring certificate if applicable) will not be released until payment is made in full.
