COVID-19 Protocall

  • Site inspections will be available.
  • For Fire Extinguisher only inspections, the customer may leave extinguishers outside for our technician to check without entering the building.
  • All technicians will wear N95 masks when entering customer buildings. All technicians will carry and regularly use hand sanitizer.
  • If customers have any additional requirements for contractors entering their site, they should notify us when booking.

Fire Alarm systems require regular inspections and testing, and must be maintained in operable condition. Only certified technicians are permitted to perform testing, maintenance, modifications, and repairs.

Water-Based Fire Protection Systems require regular inspections and testing, and must be maintained in operable condition. Only certified Journeyman Sprinklerfitters are permitted to perform testing, maintenance, modifications, and repairs.

Portable Fire Extinguishers require regular inspections and testing, and must be maintained in operable condition. Only certified technicians are permitted to perform annual inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs.

Emergency Lighting devices require regular inspections and testing, and must be maintained in operable condition. Third party inspections and documentation are recommended for annual testing and maintenance.

Backflow Preventers require regular inspections and testing, and must be maintained in operable condition. Only certified technicians are permitted to perform annual inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs.

Automatic Fire Suppression Systems in Alberta are required to be inspected twice a year by a qualified technician. On Site Fire Protection can perform these inspections and provide you with a detailed report, and options to repair any problems found.
